So, you know, if they do depart, I think that, you know, opens up a lot of different questions if that happens.

But we've also heard that it opens up a bunch of concert dates that they want that are much more profitable than Whitecaps games.

So...

There's all this kind of noise going on that if they're here or they're not here, well, it doesn't really matter to BC Place because we can open up to all these other events that are blocked.

So it's just an odd situation being crowd-controlled that we're involved with, and it can be challenging being a private player.

I believe so.

I think they are doing all those things.

And the team does look really good.

The roster looks great.

They've shored up some defense.

And, you know, I'm really excited about this season, you know, as I am every season.

But particularly the way the last one ended, we were a few seconds away from going into the Grey Cup.

So the players that remain, which is a lot of the roster,

have that taste in their mouth they want to get over the hump get over the wall and get into that the big dance but one game at a time but on paper you hate to say on paper but there's a lot of experience now with a group that's stuck together and when you look at championship teams usually that produces good results so you know let's uh let's hope that buck's second year here he's been fantastic ryan rudmanian's been incredible on the roster side putting things together and you know

It feels good.

Let's see what happens when we get out there.

I'm excited to watch the preseason tonight at 5.30 in Winnipeg.

So that's going to be interesting.

A lot of the starters are going to play here, not like in Victoria where we had almost zero starters.

So I think tonight will show a little bit of good offense and some of the defensive guys.
