As we talk about this big verdict that came out of Maui late in the evening on Wednesday.
So as you're waking up, yes, we are learning that Dr. Gerhard Koenig has been found guilty of attempted manslaughter based upon extreme mental or emotional disturbance.
He is charged or he is now convicted of, yes, trying to kill his wife.

He was looking at a life sentence.
And now he is up to facing 20 years plus at this point.
That is what we're hearing.
And his sentencing date is in August.
