I think it's just we use a lot of slack.
We use a lot of huddles.
Um, sometimes if you just do things in, in writing, like the context can be taken out.
So do a lot of like in-person, like video to video huddles for my remote folks.
And that really helps.
And also if the product team asks us to help out with something, like let's just say QA, um, some things on their end that really doesn't have anything to do with me, I will help them out.
Because they need help.
I'll help them.
And then they'll help me out too.
And that goes from top to bottom.
And also, it obviously has to do with the leadership too.
The leadership has to talk to each other.
So that's another big change.
Because if our leadership didn't talk to each other, that would be a completely different story.
And there would be a lot more siloed.
It really helps that our digital marketing teams, both marketing and product and our CMOs,
can speak sort of the same language and encourage collaboration.
