So I have been at PBS for a very long time.

A lot of folks have been at the PBS headquarters a very long time.

So I think it's just the nature of knowing each other and trusting each other and having like the battle scars from previous times.

But I have someone on my team who's relatively new and he has made such headway into working with our teams much more so than others.

And I'm actually really proud of him.

And what he did was he came whenever he comes to the product team with a suggestion, not only does he come with data, but he comes with

with a mutual respect for whatever the product team is working on for their entire pipeline.

So honestly, it's like the soft skills of it all.

And it can translate from a director-level position like where I am to a more junior position.

And he's actually remote.

I'm a hybrid employee.

I want to talk about a little bit of that because that's really important, too.

Some of my team is is hybrid.

Some of them are remote.

And I've had that change.

Right.

Because in the pre-COVID days, we would just do like the whole in the office coffee thing.

And I still do that.

I think it's still important to do that in person.

But you would be surprised.
