So that was one example where we took data.
We took an example of how this meets their needs.
Kind of like you scratch my back, I scratch yours.
And then we came back and said, hey, this was successful.
Let's roll this out for everyone.
That's a great question.
We've had a little bit of that recently.
Honestly, I think it's just about being transparent to our own stakeholders.
So my counterparts in marketing at other stations, being very clear with communications, also with producers, they're asking, hey, how did my show do with streams?
If there is something wrong with the data, for example, we need to be very transparent that we are working as fast as we can with our product teams.
They're working with their contacts, with their vendors, but we don't have the information right now.
And I think what's important with the way PBS is set up in our stations is we have to have extremely strong communications.
And actually, part of my team is producer relations and communications teams.
And because of that, that is why we know what's going on on every single product that PBS rolls out.
Whenever there's an update, we send out comms to our producers and we work very closely with our station counterpart.
So we have a station services team that's not in marketing, but it's separate from my department, but we work very closely with them so that we are in sync with our comms.
And I think it's just about being transparent
look, we're not Disney, we don't have Netflix money, but it makes other folks outside of headquarters feel much better when we're very clear and transparent about our challenges.
I think that's just the day-to-day.
I think that's the best answer I can give.
