And I think cultivating you being a presence who like truly listens is the most invaluable thing we can do in life, you know, and both for ourself and others, because to the degree we're also truly listening to others when we're in the presence of them, we can be a catalyst for their change. But also we can become more aware of the subtleties within our own psyche.
