When it comes to audience, number three, that's the circles and the communities that we want to engage with.
And in terms of activity, this is the broadcast plan.
Now, this broadcast plan, as I say, doesn't need to be public because we all know that leadership does not have to be loud.
So when it comes to an activity, what do we want to communicate and how often do we want to communicate that?
Is that making sense for everyone?
This is essentially about behaving, being seen as someone who's behaving on purpose and behaving with intention.
So we need to give, you know, we need to give order and we need to collect our identity and make sure that our online behaviour is aligned with everything that we deliver in person.
It's really, it's that simple, but it's complicated.
It takes time to think it through and
And it takes time, like anything, to implement a strategy, even one as simple as that.
But we have to be far more considerate about it as we move through the next couple of years.
It's 1,000% our responsibility.
There's no such thing as job security.
I'm going to be controversial as I was before and say there's just no room to be average at what we do in years.
And I think there are three guiding reasons for this.
Number one is...
The biggest cost of business is people and place, and companies are rethinking the way they organise work and talent.
We're looking at a far more uberised model of work.
We've got banks, for example, shutting down entire businesses and exiting leases.
We've got stacks of restructures going on, some of them very quietly, where full-time jobs are replaced with contract workers.
