And, you know, when I wrote Future Fit, that was in April 2019,

You know, I was not writing for a pandemic, clearly, but I was writing for major disruption.

And, of course, here we are where your talent is the only thing that matters in the future of work.

It's not technology.

It's not other types of disruptions.

It's your talent and how you decide to organise yourself around that and respond to that.

Yeah, I think that we can all relate to being humble.

You know, no one wants to be that person who's, you know, the show off at work and no one wants to PR themselves.

But what I say to people is, you know, you may not care about curating a brand, but I know for sure that you care about your reputation.

We are trading in trust.

That's what we're doing, networking in this new market.

So when it comes to talking about ourselves, I really feel like we've got to be clear on two things.

And the first one is, you know, why do we and how do we actually stand out?

And then how do we communicate that value?

So I want everyone to think about a couple of words to describe you.

And this is really simple, but it really makes you think and it also gives you the opportunity to

do an audit, do a mini micro brand audit with five people that you really trust that won't filter what they think.

So it's really important because, and I love that you mentioned, was it scattered before, Kate, about Owen?

I would, of course.

And, you know, what we want to do is make sure that the way we perceive ourselves and the way we're being perceived in the workplace is aligned because if there's a misalignment there, then we have to do something to bring it closer together.
