They said, you know, you're crazy.
We're in television.
You know, nothing is – we're kind of bulletproof.
And I remember thinking, what an interesting comment from colleagues whose job it is to cover unforeseen circumstances every day.
Like, you know, covering Hurricane Katrina.
I still remember that day in the newsroom where we were like –
Oh, the storm has passed.
It's all fine.
And then two hours later, total catastrophe.
So this was about forecasting and it felt like standing on the shoreline, seeing this hurricane come towards us.
And I'd be saying to people, hey, should we get out of here?
Should we do something different?
And many people were like, no, this is...
You know, we're going to be here forever.
And as it turns out, they weren't.
And so I think that when it comes to adapting to change, as I mentioned earlier with that engaging and having a curious mindset and being alert to the signals of change, do not kid yourself.
Like if you can see little pieces of the jigsaw puzzle and it's all starting to stack up, you need to pay attention to the marketplace and you need to have the courage to make a decision now.
Well, that's a pretty very important question.
I think that regardless of where we are, it's really important to stick to a routine.
I think that we've all been through this discovery phase through all of 2020 that's helped us redefine how are we most productive and how are we the highest performing?
