And I think for many of us, you know, 36% of women want to stay home because they're getting more done and they're more productive.
It's
You know, it's the men and the older employees that want to return to the office.
In fact, 47% of men want to go back compared to 36% of women, which is really interesting, isn't it?
Yeah.
But I think for all of us, I think many of us have ended up being high performing through this year because we figured out...
You know, we can work out for an hour.
You know, we can still get up early in the morning, knock off a few phone calls, but go and do a workout and eat cleaner, have more control over everything.
you know, how we spend our time have many less distractions.
And I think that we've all navigated our way through that in a very individual way.
And that's what's so interesting for me about the future of work, that it's so highly contextual and highly personal, because we all have different things.
We're all living different lives.
We're all in different households.

is the key to getting high performing.

Like we're working 45 minutes longer every single day, according to Alessian.
So, you know, when it's time to clock off, get up and leave the computer, go outside, continue, get on with the day.
You know, the research is saying that we're working harder but we're happier.
So it's going to be interesting to see how we all manage that through next year.
