And I think that businesses have got a real struggle on their hands figuring out how do we actually, you know, how do we organise the workplace in a way that works for everyone when we've got 3,000 different competing priorities, you know.
Yeah, and thank you for bringing that up because, for me, this is one case study that I use when I'm running workshops, and that is when we were figuring out, you know, when we were talking about the fact that networking is, you know, our networks are more important than ever and, you know, building and creating meaningful networks and tapping our dormant ties is going to be so critical.
And I use that story as an example.
So one day I'm sitting at my computer.
I get an email from one of my favourite people who's in media and she has emailed a group of like three or four people on this email thread.
And it said, it was literally two paragraphs.
I just had a resignation from a mission critical person.

But I thought that is exactly and precisely how things are going to play out in the next few years.
You know, we're in this micro community where a few people are going to accelerate the opportunities we have.
And I went back to her within three minutes because I had the right person for her.
I said, I went back and I said, I have your person, three bullet points.
She's the most commercially savvy female in the market.
Number two, I know that she generated $32 million for the business that she was working for last year.
And thirdly, she also just happens to be in her spare time a National Australian Telstra Businesswoman of the Year.
Like this is the person for you.
