engineering of antibody binding is getting better.

It still

A toll order to really replace the classic methods in de novo design.

Or with the new design side.

However, it's very well demonstrated this tech is very good at antibody optimization in many aspects of developability.

Uh but the main limitation really for the structure driven approaches is they're limited by data.

There hasn't been a dramatic increase in the PDB of antibody antigen interactions.

Uh and we're moving now as well beyond the static view that structure provides to better understand how confirmational flexibility can impact all the aspects that are within a C D T P.

But predicting flexibility is particularly hard.

And I think this is where we might see the physics and machine lear machine learning world uh excel in that particular aspect.

Yeah, I think in terms of software, one of the things is just get the basics right in your own wet lab.

Um, that's foundational.

Be able to track your own reagents and test articles, getting that data automatically off instruments, uh, and then you can do the data analysis on the fly and begin to plan your next experiment.

And for the instrument suppliers, actually if we had some standard more standard data formats, that would help build these standardized integrations and better automated wet labs.

And the industries those industry standards would also help us share data between companies, between institutes.

And the institutes themselves are all working hard, I think, to enhance the collaboration, the training and development for people across these different disciplines, from the wet lab scientists, the engineers, the bioinformaticians.

uh and programme managers.

To help share that expertise and get a more shared language.

um as we push this technology forward.
