there's no getting around it like that is.
She took those tablets.
She knew what she was doing.
The cans weren't finishing the job, as she said.
So, and it was just so funny looking back because I remember growing up, as I said, like there's all these tablets in the house.
We always had these tubs of paracetamol.
And I remember whenever we'd be sick and here, take two paracetamol.
And she always used to say to us, she's like, never take more than two because, you know, you'll be in, you'll be really sick and you'll be in hospital.
And, you know, you're,
She knew, like, she knew the dangers of this, so she kind of remembered that and... Wow.
She was like, the cans won't do it, so these paracetamols hopefully will.
And that's why she didn't want to be taken away to the hospital because she didn't want them to save her, essentially, because there had been so many times where she had gone into respiratory arrests and she had been resussed and woken up in a ward when she thought she had kind of done what she wanted to do.
So, yeah, that was it, so...
I feel like I've both glossed over the whole thing and gone into crazy tangents, but hopefully I've covered kind of everything.
Yeah, there was like loads of, yeah, it was kind of, it was really just erratic and trying to get her into all these different hospitals.
We tried to get her into Coon Moira down in Cork and they were going to take her for 22 weeks, so...
They were really going to, like, hopefully help her.
And they were being so flexible as well.
They would have let her come on all her opioid painkillers and stuff.
