You mean Phil?
Yeah, although ha ra compared to many other jurisdictions, m more Australians own their homes than they would in cer certain say like Europe or what have you.
Uh I think that's a core part of being Australian.
It's like the Australian dream, if you will, of home ownership.
Uh so uh I actually think we look we compare well, but this is something that continues to uh be an area where we need uh to work hard because
Because, you know, it's harder for our kids than it was for us.
And, you know, you look at the average price of a home um and the average salary for people and it's really expanded.
You need way more uh the multiple against an average salary to buy an average home is much higher today than it was thirty, forty years ago.
Uh but I come down to the point that we still need more supply.
If we could double the amount of housing that we're building
That would be the single biggest driver of affordability for Australians and the single biggest driver of them, you know, creating wealth over time because they own their own home.
Look, you're never happy.
Uh you always want a little bit more.
Uh I think that it was uh a decent result.
Uh I think we showed up well against some of our peers.
But this is hard work.
We've got to continue to look after our customers and provide them with services that they value uh and uh even better enjoy.
Talking about banks providing services people enjoy, that should be the aspiration.
Um you know, we've we're making
improvements in terms of uh deposit gathering.
