As soon as the market takes off again, we'll pile into that market.
I think it's quite... Christchurch at the moment feels a little bit like that.
So Christchurch has had... It started its recovery a bit earlier than Wellington or Auckland.
Now, as a result, we get so much inquiry from people wanting to invest in Christchurch.
Now, do I think there's still opportunity in Christchurch?
Absolutely.
But you are turning up to the party much later than an area like Wellington or Auckland where...
It's still undervalued.
Prices are still subdued.
There's probably more opportunity if you've got that long-term view.
So I think we all fall into this trap of recency bias.
And right now, if you live in Auckland or you live in Wellington and your house price is down and maybe you've got a rental property and that price is down, you could be forgiven for thinking it's never going to change.

Like it's just, there was something wrong to begin with.
