And Sean McCreesh actually asked an excellent question yesterday at the press briefing, which was Amazon had planned – had planned –

to put the impact of tariffs on consumers, how much it would cost them, into the price of, display that price on their website so that consumers could see the cost of these tariffs.

And he asked a question to Caroline Levitt, something along the lines of, doesn't that perfectly encapsulate how Americans have to absorb the cost of these tariffs?

And she called it, I think, a political act by Amazon.

And within a few hours, Jeff Bezos had called President Trump and apologized, and that feature on Amazon was no longer there.

And I forget the question, but I just remember that that was an important point that I wanted to bring up.

Should we talk about Brock's piece?

The Cruel Kids Table.

Yeah, I thought it was an excellent piece and Brock did a terrific job and it was a really fun, juicy piece.

And I think what Brock captured was that a lot of young people at that moment in time felt emboldened to suddenly use words that they didn't feel like they could use before.

I'll let you say them.

I'm not going to say them.

But I think it wasn't just about free speech.

It was about this desire to be cruel for the sake of being cruel or to be mean for the sake of being mean.

And that the shame as a person.

social deterrent that usually accompanies being mean had eroded.

A lot of people had just given up.

I think people still have given up in terms of resistance and activism.

But this idea that young people flock to Trump because they felt like they could say whatever they want...
