Then all of a sudden they catch up to you and they're going 60. And when they're ready to go 70, if you're still going 60, they're going to pass you or smash into the back of you.
And that's why, like right now, man, like I'm like trying to keep every freaking edge that I can to stay elite as hell, to keep my word and to keep my promise to people that our goal is to be greater until the day we die. So I just wanted you to remember that, like, like if you're going to build something great, there can never be a cruise control. The second you cruise, your business is over.
Finished. So I just want to finish with that because don't ever let them outgrow you. Don't let your family outgrow you. Don't let your kids outgrow you. Don't let your team outgrow you. But like just don't ever stop growing. Keep inspiring people. If you can keep inspiring people and you can keep changing, I promise you you'll never worry about anything. Ever.
So it's a secret hack that I feel like it's kept me a little bit alive in a time where, you know, you feel like you're starting to get stuck. And I'm like, OK, OK, babe, come here. Let me show you some more love. Let me show my kids some more love. Let me take it's like I'm not trying to make more money. Who I become will determine what I earn. Chase the man, not the money. Become a better human.
Watch what happens. It's a game that's not being taught in the world right now. But I'm telling you, if you'll run this human excellence game, you will freaking annihilate everybody because you're so magnetic and inspiring that people will freaking love you. And guess what? If someone falls off, if you're inspiring, there's always someone else jumping back on. Yes, there's 8 billion people.
I mean, there's not a shortage of people. Okay, there's just a shortage of people that can hang in the game for a long time and stay great for a long time. Never change back. So just want to give you that because if anybody's watching this at the end, they're like, what's a hack to stay on top? Well, if there is a hack, don't worry everybody, I'll grow you. Keep inspiring people. Stay psycho.

you want to attract it become the greatest example on planet earth and what does the great value mean i always tell people you want to make more money you got to create more value how to create more value become a leader the greatest scarcest resource in the planet of earth right now in the home in the community and in businesses is leadership and so if you want to get paid more than you ever imagine getting paid in your life you got to become a leader and then you make all the money and by the way everybody's looking for leaders because we're in a leadership nation
Yeah, thank you guys, man. It's good to be around winners. And I say this all the time. When I was younger, we didn't have access to information to learn from winners. If you wanted to learn something, you had to go buy. They would say, take a rich man out to dinner and try to give him a five-course meal and pay for it. And you can sit down and just listen to everything he says.
And now you can sit down and one podcasting and totally change your life. And so I'm positive today that will be at least one thing said that will totally transform everything in your life. If you're just aware.
Well, so number one, I was talking about how like development, right? Like the gate, the greatest gift that anyone could ever give themselves is the gift to start working on themselves. And yeah, That wasn't really ever talked about. Training is like, oh, how do we do the road to the cell? We're going to train on the steps. Does that make sense? But we were always working on the business.
We were never working on ourself. And so mentally, I'm telling you, I fought demons my whole life. But I thought that money one day would fix all of those problems. There's a day that you've got to make enough money that success fixes everything. And the reason why I thought that way is because the leaders that were leading me, that's what they taught me.
So from zero to 18, I was dead broke, never had more than $5 in my hand. At 18, I got in the automotive space. I went from making 18, 125 grand, 19. You guys were in door-to-door sales, so you guys did sales. So 19, I made 220 grand. At 20 years old, I made my first 500 grand selling cars. That's not normal income for most car salesmen, but I was really good and obsessed.
I say greatness is found in the extremes. I didn't want to do anything but sell cars. I didn't want to do anything. I didn't want to do anything. I didn't want to go party. I didn't want to go around people. I wanted to learn how to talk. I stuttered. So I want to learn how to be a good speaker. I want to learn how to master strangers.
I want to learn how to walk up to anyone and just and just make a best friend. I wanted to make people feel really comfortable. I was learning to talk with familiarity with people. So, like, let's say that I didn't know you. I could talk to you for just 30 seconds and you would felt like, you know, me your whole life. That's a superpower.

The transformation, though, was I worked my whole life and I thought money was going to make me really happy. And so the change, where did Andy come from? November 2019. That was just the other day.
Right. So like if anybody's watching this, yeah, you're like, well, you know, man, I'm too old. Dude, I'm 39. Okay. A couple good years of really spending time working on yourself can totally change your whole life. So like, I don't care who you are. Like everybody's qualified for a really good life. Okay. Because, but you don't know it because you don't, because you have to make new decisions.
