But I remember being in and around Anfield, and that's the first real vivid memory I've got of, you know, being in, like, the main stand.

And obviously we were lucky enough, we got down to go in the dressing rooms and all that.

So I just remembered that.

So that's the first real vivid memory I've got of that, yeah.

No, properly into it.

I can remember going pretty regularly with my stepdad when I was probably 9, 10, 11.

I can remember going and he'd obviously drive or we'd get the bus together or whatever, but...

when i remember i moved to west harvey so i went i went from primary school to secondary school remember kind of as you do developing a slightly different group of mates and it was probably maybe the back end of the year what old school first year which is year seven now so i was probably 11 12 and going home and pestering my mum the lads are going to match can i go with them and and and then i then i remember out there being a pattern

for about two three years where my mum would give me a fiver on a saturday morning and the fiver would get me that depends it depends if you if you wanted to risk it you'd get your bus to anfield whatever it was it was three quid to get him and then you'd take a gamble then you go to chippy on your way home and you take a gamble and you get like curry and chips or whatever

And then if you wanted a can of Coke, you'd have to bunk on the bus.

So it was like a proper... It was like, am I going to do it?

And most weeks we'd try it and then we'd get thrown off and get on the next one.

But a fiver would get you... A fiver would get you there, back...

Curry and chips and on the cop.

And I think like a lot of young lads and groups used to meet by the flagpole and all that.

But yeah, if you were really pushing the boat, you'd get a can of Coke and bunk on the bus on the way home.

Yeah, it was mad as well.

And I don't remember that changing to where it became more than three grand.

I'm sure at some point within that period it probably changed, but I just remember my mum would give me a five and then I knew that was me out the house at 11.

back home at seven or whatever um and then depending what time you got home you'd I'd literally get off the bus the bus used to stop kind of just at our entry so you'd cut through and I'd go in and get 30p or whatever off my mum and then walk down the shop and the pink echo would just be getting delivered like I'd so I'd bin the game and then the pink so you'd get that and then like obviously read about the game you've just been to yeah so did you go to uni?
