And I'll unpack that as we go through some of these questions, because especially on the documents, I am one of those who have not changed my opinion on the drop three and the quality of it, I think.
And we'll talk about that now, okay?
I think that's a good place to start.
So war.gov forward slash UFO has now had three drops of UFO files, videos, and attachments.
Beginning early May to mid-June, there was a two-week gap, then a three-week gap.
And we've got releases one, two, and three.
Overall, what's your thoughts been very quickly on the three drops of files?
Because you've been on, I think, just after the first one dropped.
And then we've got the third one now.
I can accept that we're seeing the fallout then because I think you've put that well of an internal struggle that's been going on for a long time well before this administration and administrations before it and we're just at a point where perhaps some of the the secrecy keepers like you say are having to give up something
I think the issue I've got here though is, who is this for?
Because I think you've got that UFO community we've talked about so many times, which itself is fractured too, who some of them think this is for them, which it's not.
No one's dropping documents for Richard Dolan to go look at.
You personally, you've even said some of these cases you know, you've seen, especially release one, there were so many documents that were newspaper clippings and correspondence from members of the public and things like that.
so who is it actually for because this was I think for me an opportunity for the general public to not to see disclosure but get a glimpse at what's really happening and what's going on is it unfair to say that's not happening and maybe they are getting a glimpse into it but I think just to your point if this happened in 2010 1990 1970 I think you get
including today four very different reactions to those societies i think with the the way we have evolved or devolved depending how you want to look at it as a society especially in the west with the internet with social media with so many things regressing we talked about before about people not reading so right now people want to see videos and we'll look at videos and i'm as guilty as that of most because they'll scroll through an instagram feed or a tiktok reel
or an X reel and they'll want to see videos and Joe Margia who often posts on X will put huge huge well researched or well thought out chunks of prose
and he'll say people don't read it i'm like no because people go oh that's far too long too long didn't read show me the video show me the clip and that's sort of where we're at as a society so almost like they're dumping this stuff they're not doing it for richard dolan they're not doing it for andy mcgrillan you know the documents are almost god i don't want to say unnecessary but they're a byproduct of these releases
and it's the videos that are always going to get the general public's focus so as someone who wants the general public and as you do as well to see this topic for what it really is the secrecy the cover-up the lack of transparency the BS we've put up with for decades
They're seeing videos like in the third drop, those recreations, which in a way you said are useful.
