actually during my interview it was himself and his female colleague and she was a little bit not derogatory but quite laughy about it and going come on really Andy you think UFOs and he turned around and was like no no seriously and he rhymed off all that stuff and he almost got to the point where he was defending it
But that's so few and far between where it still laughs and smirks.
And I know Lou Elizondo was on Jillian Michaels podcast recently, and people were like, oh, it was ontological shock.
But she just sat with a horrible face on her.
And I think that's still I'm told that's what her face is always like, to be honest.
But there was no ontological shock.
She just couldn't believe what she was hearing and kept looking off screen as well.
Again, I'm told she does this a lot, but it was more of a really
Can I ask your opinion on this and I think this goes for the US as well again as an outsider looking into the United States but also someone who lives in the UK and what I see elsewhere
general public and i include myself in that obviously right has never been more detached from mainstream media newspaper newspapers are dying because people don't read and also why would you wait
There are reasons to read, but why would you wait for your news the following day when you can get it within seconds and from 50 different camera angles?
You know, a mass shooting happens.
Then you've got people on the balcony next door in the hotel, Instagram, living it and TikTok.
And you don't wait till the next day to get that news.
You know, 9-11.
know live instant reaction bang oh my god the second planes hit the tower you don't wait the next day for the newspapers so newspapers are a dying thing right and the news media and tv people have never seemed to distrust it any less than they do now yet it seems to me and this goes for government too there's never been more of a distrust of governments across the western world
yet people still seem to be waiting on these same institutions to almost maybe not folks who listen to my show or your show right because they're into the topic but they're waiting on permission from these organizations to engage in this topic and I mean the general public it's like you're not allowed to fully believe this yet it's still the US is obviously better at reporting this but in the UK you're not allowed to really look into this yet this is still about aliens little green men and the x-men music in these segments
And there seems to be this disconnect for me of you don't trust any of the media, yet when they laugh and joke about UFOs, yeah, they're right.
So I don't understand why there's still that disconnect with the public.
On one hand, they're waiting on permission, but for so many other things, they don't need to wait on it anymore.
