I did not engage with those those thoughts.

I just recognized them.

And I kept saying, this is going to be temporary.

This will not last forever.

You will get through this and just allowing that discomfort to be there, allowing that discomfort to be there.

I don't think I had any caffeine in the afternoon, but I was trying to be conscious of that as well.

But I did have chocolate ice cream.

Which is not unusual for me.

Um and it's really good here.

I had some really awesome chocolate ice cream and I enjoyed that and I probably had it even way later than I normally would.

It was probably like 8 30 or 9.

And it just tastes lighter here and there's there's so much more of a vibrancy here in the evening and we're in the city and so I'm like naturally staying up later anyway than I normally would.

So that night was also pretty rough and same thing like

You know, I knew that like turning on a podcast or something like that earlier in the evening helped me.

So I tried that earlier than two AM the second night.
