So we can come up with alternative stories and then that kind of gives us a little bit of a more bigger lens through which to interpret what happened rather than just going with our initial one.

And then step four can then be right now that I've gone through this whole experiment of, you know, recognizing my reaction, separating fact from story, coming up with alternatives.

Now, can I take that all into consideration and figure out what OK, what are next steps?

Is this all internal?

Is this all story?

And can I rectify it within?

Or is it more likely partially fact, partially story?

And can I therefore address the fact in a grounded kind of constructive way rather than coming at it from an emotional point of view?

So I like that it's two.
