I would add, I mean, I think not only just to be intellectually honest, but to be narratively interesting, right?
I mean, you want ambiguity and you want tension.
And I remember seeing, I mean, he was such an eccentric guy, you know?
And I think he even acknowledged those kind of, that ambivalence.
So yes, of course, I think it should be, I mean, this is a Christopher Nolan movie, which is almost always interesting.
with Cillian Murphy as Oppenheimer, which I think is kind of a great piece of casting.
It's based on the Kai Bird book, and Kai is no slouch.
I mean, it's a serious book.
So I think the source material really is encouraging in this.
My only hesitation is with all things Nolan is his sound mixes.
It's like I hope we can understand what the people are saying up on the screen because he does not – this is a little –
My little pet peeve, but he tends not to remix his movies.
So sometimes I have a really hard time discerning the dialogue within the sound mix.
So I just really, really hope that we can hear it.

It's, I guess the historians would call that presentism.
Um,
And I just, again, if they're working from this book, and I should note that Kai Bird co-wrote the book with Martin Sherwin, if they're going, you know, I just think if it's true to the book, and Nolan, I don't know, he just doesn't strike me as somebody who's going to try to score political points.
