I mean, this is a really easy way that's going to make you feel good but also help others feel good as well.
So they're probably the suggestions I have.
For me as well, you know, I've kept up my routine around, you know, going to the gym.
So I'm now doing that online and I still get to see the faces that I'm used to seeing when I actually used to, you know, physically go to the gym.
And also as much as possible, you know, it's about going to the cafe and having that chat with your barista and sharing smiles with people that you might see on the street, even though it's a little bit harder now that we're all wearing masks.

It does feel a bit monotonous and it's a bit like Groundhog Day.
But I think, you know, it's really important that we do still stick to those routines that we're used to.
So, you know, if you're someone that exercises in the morning or exercises at night, you know, keep with that and try and ensure that you've got boundaries between sort of work and home, which now, you know, are so blurred.
But in terms of sort of mixing it up, you know,
Again, we've only sort of got our five kilometre radius that we can stick to, certainly for the people in Melbourne.
But, you know, try new routes.
If you're going for a walk or a run, go down a different path.
Go to different parks if you can.
Try different cafes.
You know, again, that's helping support small businesses.
