Yeah, no, I just go back to the time when Irish Water, first of all, identified massive leaks in Ireland, and that was, you know, quite horrifying.
But their solution at the time, they came in and they, it's almost like a bull in a china shop, they proposed, we'll stick in meters, we'll charge people, and immediately there was a PR disaster.
People went, hold on a sec, you're going to charge us now, put in meters.
So the meters that were being put in, and people started to oppose them, was...
meters they felt for to tax us even further.
Instead of putting the actual meters in to tell people that they were to identify the leaks, then fix the leaks.
