is to make everyone else feel okay at the end of all this or at the end of their day.
But helping people navigate a very difficult situation that may not have clear answers.
And there's different skills that we use to help us.

caring for patients and families, but using the modifying those same types of skills.
to be applicable in supporting our own teammates and our colleagues in a in a more professional setting where the social contract is different.
Um, you know, when when Eric and I are working together on team, he's not my doctor.
I'm not his social worker.
We are colleagues, but we have a shared language, a shared culture that we can sort of support each other and to talk talk through a difficult thing in in a certain way.
But we use a lot of the same skills modified toward each other that we would for our patients and families.
