The Blues, they have three first-round picks.
They would probably answer the call if you called and said, hey, 24 and some assets for 15, and then try to get a guy like Ethan Belchez.
If he's falling there, I don't think he will, but
Oscar Hemming or Oliver Savato, there's some really good value in terms of what you kind of want, but it's very, I think at the top 15, we're going to see some draft for a position in terms of draft for fits because these players are so closely ranked.
So I feel like, you know, the Vancouver Canucks could get a guy that's on their top 15 at 24, just because that happens.
Yeah, I think that if you take Caleb Malhotra, like Kutz is a player that I really, really like.
I think that, you know, Captain Kutz played really well as the captain for Hockey Canada and, you know, everything that he's ever done for even when he was with Seattle Thunderbirds is just, you know, be the guy and be such a great leader.
I think Caleb Malhotra and Kutz would be fantastic together because they both bring the same type of
leadership and the same type of skill that you might not need a center like if oliver savanto falls to you at 24 i think you take them but i think it's best player available and if you do have that big of a need that say you're on the left side and nikita shcherbakov is there at 33 and you want to take them or maxine sokolovsky who's a six seven six eight left-handed defenseman that can skate well and eliminated brady martin a couple times near the boards when they played sue
I think you could go ahead and take those chances and take the boom or bust type of players because you are in this rebuild when you have a lot of different types of assets.
And also next year could be another situation where you're drafting in the top five with a really good class, especially the guys like Lando DuPont, Alexi Joseph, Carter Mayer.
There's a really good class coming next year too.
So I don't think that you need to go with positional fit first.
