So recounting.
All of what happened during that relationship, some of which we know from news reports, but a lot of which we will be hearing for the first time.
And then the challenge of these women on the defense team, who I suspect one or more of those women will do the cross examination, having to walk that fine line of calling into question her credibility.
Making the jurors believe that she, in fact, was involved in a consensual relationship, that she, too, participated in violence as it relates to, you know, her relationship with Diddy, but not bullying her.
Because, again, you got eight men involved.
maybe some men who have pregnant wives or who have had pregnant wives or, you know, every man has a mother, right?
Every person has a mother.
So just how do you walk that fine line to make your points as a defense attorney, but recognizing that Cassie Ventura is already a sympathetic witness because we've watched her get beat and I don't care what the charges are.
No one
agrees, I would imagine, that anybody deserved to be beaten in the way she was beaten in that video.
So she walks into that courtroom with a great deal of sympathy already.
To that point, it's got to be so hard for you to walk in there.
Well...
I don't know.
It was a point you would expect a defense attorney to make, but way too narrow of a position.
No one is expecting the prosecution to rest its entire case on that video.
That's one piece of evidence.
And it's going to be one piece of a huge mound.
