It's going to be hard for a lot of people to disassociate the conduct that they see on that video from the other evidence that they will hear from the other videos that they will hear.

That video in and of itself does not prove the racketeering case against her client.
But that's not what the video is being offered to do.
It's being offered as a piece of a puzzle and a much larger compilation of evidence that will be presented throughout this trial that, according to these prosecutors,
will lead jurors to one and only one conclusion, which is that he is guilty of the charges brought against him.
