We still live in a society where there is so much male toxicity, so much misogyny.

I'm the first to call out race.
I'm a civil rights lawyer, so I'm always looking for when there are racial disparities or race issues.
But I'm also keenly aware that in the context of sexual harassment, rape, and the charges that were alleged in this case, that we cannot underestimate the role that misogyny
And, you know, the way women are treated in our society already, Charles, people are online, you know, calling Cassie a gold digger and buying into that argument that the defense attorney made that somehow she's the biggest winner because she settled some civil suits.
So I want to hear more from the jurors before I make that definitive statement about the role that the race of the prosecutors played.
I think it was the right decision.
And thank you, Charles, for framing that Diddy is now a two-time felon.
He has been convicted of two felonies because the headlines are really focusing on the fact that the prosecution didn't come up 100% with all of the charges and focusing on the fact that there was a not guilty on the acquittal and the sex trafficking.
But we cannot lose sight of the fact that he has been convicted of two very serious felon
felonies.
And the judge heard the testimony.
The judge was sitting here as the 13th juror, hearing the testimony of the witnesses, particularly Jane, who was beaten by Combs, even when he knew he was under federal investigation.
So this argument that he wasn't a danger, which is what his lawyers were putting forth, the danger to the community, you have to question that.
