Is this person a flight risk?
If they are released from detention, will they get on an airplane, a private jet or a yacht or something and take off?
Go to some country where we don't have extradition laws, where we can't get that person back to face their sentencing.
So that's the first consideration.
The second is, are they a danger?
Are they a danger to the community?
Are they likely to
commit a crime while they are out waiting sentencing.
Because the last thing a judge wants to do is let somebody out on bail, whether it's a million dollars or 50 million, and they reoffend.

said, there are two, and we all keep saying this, there are two serious felonies for which he has been convicted.
And we know, again, based on the testimony of Jane, up until very recently, until he was detained, he was still engaged in a lot of this conduct.
