And we don't have all of the reporting, but apparently the judge didn't feel as if bond was appropriate in this case.
And I'm sure Diddy with his wealth is prepared to put up a lot more than a million dollars.

And in addition, don't forget that during the detention period, the nine and a half months, we've heard and there have been reports of Diddy trying to influence witnesses even while he was behind bars, using social media accounts, using phones of other detainees to try to contact witnesses, calling witnesses, trying to basically get them
to get on the same page with him in terms of their testimony.
So I have to imagine that this judge is not only considering all of the testimony and evidence that has been presented over the last six weeks, but also thinking about that conduct.
And the judge apparently made the same argument that I just made a couple of minutes ago, that on June of 2024, while knowing he was under investigation, he assaulted Jane.
You have to ask yourself, someone who is that dangerous
disrespectful for the rule of law who believes they are so above reproach that they are not subject to the same laws as all of us are, that that person wouldn't think twice about reoffending and using their wealth, their power to try to escape accountability.
So
Not surprised by this decision by the judge.
And again, I have to imagine that Cassie Ventura's letter played a big role as well as the letters.
I know I think they said it was a letter from the stylist, Dante, who also talked about him being fearful that he would suffer and he would suffer potential violence or threats of violence if Diddy was released.
I think it's going to be, Charles, a hyper focus on the violence, on the threat of violence.
And I think the judge, by denying Bond in this case, is signaling any thoughts of no jail time or probably off the table.
