Dante, the stylist, again, you know, he was trying to protect Cassidy, Cassie Ventura and he himself.
you know, got caught up in this physical altercation.
So the lives of a lot of people have been destroyed.
Cassie's mother, Charles, some of the most painful testimony was this mother saying she had to take out a mortgage to pay Sean Combs, a millionaire, to not release a tape that would destroy her daughter.
So I think the prosecution is going to remind the judge of
of those very, very powerful witnesses and the testimony that they gave to try to advocate for a more serious, a lengthier sentence than what we know the defense is going to be arguing for.

Trials are about storytellers and who can tell the most persuasive story to jurors.
At the end of the day, people remember how the lawyers look, how they present themselves.
I've even had folks say to me that they look at their lawyer's shoes.
So everything that the lawyers do in this trial will be under a microscope, will be scrutinized very, very heavily by these jurors.
