Creating friction because our common sense isn't other people's common sense.
And then we try to beat ourselves up sometimes because we should be more like them, but we're not, and we can't be.
So why not just find people around you who have a different version of how they get clarity and then respect their process and synergize.

So so first of all, I don't believe in a standard leadership model.
Okay.
You know
The there are all these leadership trainings, and they're all, oh, if you do this, you do this, you do this, you'll be a better leader.
Well, yeah, but that doesn't work if you're not like that.
Okay.
So what ends up happening is that sometimes people will go to these leadership classes and they'll try to be this leader in a different way, you know, that that that they've learned, and it's just not part of who they are.
They become inauthentic.
And because they become inauthentic, they
They they don't really get the results that they want, and then they just go back to their own way of doing things.
Okay?
Because it's it's not really there.
So the concept of what we're trying to achieve here with our leadership development is by creating an awareness of how and why people do what they do in groups, and then taking this back to you as a human person.
