But the the thing is that I started to, I started from a 0% success rate to about a 70% success rate simply by redefining the success and failure of this action.

And so that kind of guided me into the philosophy of where I am today.

Because it's like, no matter what I do, it's okay, you know, because I will learn from it.

Okay.

The the the definition of failure is not, well, it doesn't, it doesn't there, it's the the concept of failure for me is more a stepping stone to success, right?

And success is learning from anything that I actually do that doesn't quite work out in the way that I thought it would.

So I I mean ultimately culture is the way that people act and react to each other based on the group dynamics that is created.

So that that's that's the thing, right?

You know, the you can have all kinds of policies, uh you can have toxic bosses, you can have all kinds of things that are going to affect how you act.

Act and react.

And of course, when you act and react, that's also going to affect other people around you and how they act and react.

And this whole mirage of people acting and reacting to each other ultimately creates a culture.

But the thing is that most cultures are not defined, they just happen because.

Of the people who are there.

And one thing that a lot of people say, well, you know, the that the top will define the culture.

There is some truth to that, but that's definitely not the only thing that defines the culture.

The processes that we use, we actually guarantee success.

That means that companies don't pay if we don't meet certain KPIs.

And the reason.

The reason we can do that is because we do a very specific bottom-up process.
