What what yeah there's the model, the culture evolution model that uh we developed is based on different levels of culture evolution.
The ultimate level is what we call the leadership enriched culture.
So the idea on a leadership enriched culture is that let's say you are the janitor, but you have a very, you know, you're very passionate about
A specific idea, and the idea is reasonable.
It's sat, you know, it has potential.
Okay, that means that now, as a leadership-enriched culture, no matter what your job position is as the janitor, you now are the head of that project.
Okay, and people that support you support you as the head of the project, not as the janitor.
So that means that people
People have to kind uh the the the great cultures are where people are so comfortable with themselves within that group that they can just be authentic without ego and support each other because they are also being supported.
