And they're freaking annoying because you know, they're like all up here and it's like an insurance salesman trying to sell you.
Hey, let's change the culture.
Okay.
And you just kind of like but a key influencer can be the secretary that's just always supportive.
It can be the tea lady and has been, that just listens really well.
It can be, you know, the guy that's always making jokes and making fun and making you laugh when you're stressed out.
So all these different key influencers have influence already.
People trust and respect them.
The thing is that, you know.
They and and regardless of whether they are high performers or not, the point is people trust and respect them.
So, one of the things that we ask: who are these key influencers?
Now, there's also negative key influencers, people that affect others in a negative way.
And in this particular organization, Jean-Francois just happened to be on the negative side.
Everybody's pointing to this like this guy is just, you know, he makes everybody
Okay.
And then he had uh this woman that was under him that uh you know was in charge of all of the uh high-end stuff uh related to the food and all of these different things.
And so they were always, always, always, always at each other.
Okay.
And um when we talked to Jean Francois, we asked him the you know these questions about who they think the you know positive influencers are.
And and then we asked him, Well, what do you think you know, who do you think are you know some of the negative influencers?
