And then I found myself doing busy work.
And I still, you know, I found myself feeling like I knew I could do more.
I mean, I really knew I could do more, but I just didn't feel like it.
It just felt, you know, like I was tied up, like I was stuck.
And I didn't.
Like it.
It was affecting me in my personal life and my work life.
And I was an underperformer.
Um, and you know, one day I just decided, wait a minute, I'm gonna go and talk to these bad people, these people that are making my life difficult.
And I found out something very unexpected.
I found out that they actually had real standards and they really wanted to do things, and and they were actually very similar to me.
Me.
And uh so that was one of the key things that kind of started making me think, okay, it's not the environment, it's not the or it's not the people, it's the environment.
It's like, you know, because why is it that in, you know, before in a different company, I was a super performer, and in this company, I am an underachiever, underperformer.
And and these people also, you know, had all these
stories.
And so it's like, okay, so it's not the people, it's the environment.
So I started, since I was doing busy work anyway, I started doing all these things related to trying to understand why I was like this.
I wanted to fix myself.
And uh and that's where the whole thing into culture and and so I started to practice some of these things.
