I found out, you know, I I I tried to understand personality and this like personality is way
Too complicated and there's too much stuff out there that is so different.
And so I tried to find the common denominator between various personality and genetic things and all this stuff.
And I I found the uh what was later to be called the ambiguity, the brain's ambiguity relief process, which is a genetic process of how your brain gets clarity.
So and then, you know, so we created the colored brain model to identify and
And measure your ambiguity relief process, which you know, how you do things affects how you approach things and how people will interpret you and how you get clarity and what you need and all of these things that create misunderstandings and friction.
And uh and then we uh trying to understand why people do things and then you know, combining all of these different things.
So you have the why and how and and you know, and all
Also these other little factors that affect you specifically in groups, right?
Why is it that, you know, in one group you can be awesome, in another group you can, you know, doing the same thing, you can just be a total idiot.
And uh so later on, this ended up being the uh we ended up saving the company seventeen thousand dollars a week in wastage.
And the foundations of what I came up with essentially started uh
uh it became known as the Directive Communication Psychology body of work.
And um then uh I started doing that and uh then I started franchising or licensing that so that now we have over nine hundred and eighty licensed directive communication psychology trainers and coaches in twenty nine countries.
Well, y first of all, I mean, I also discovered I had ADHD at a at a later stage.
Um so it but but the that journey started uh when I was in first grade.
You know, the uh the teachers you know were always comparing me against the other kids, actually second grade.
And I really I just didn't compare.
And uh so they call my parents, Mr.
