But the first thing I would do, if God forbid I was appointed to represent him at this point, is get that hair tested.

But at best, let's say that this hair is someone else's.

Let's say it's not one of the victims, which is what I would test for immediately.

I would test it against the victims because most likely it's from one of them.

Maybe Brian Koberger had it on his body from another victim, and so this victim got it on his body.

There are a lot of different ways that it could happen.

It's not necessarily exculpatory if it's someone else's hair.

All it means is he had an accomplice, which doesn't mean that he didn't do it.

And we want to know that.

Well, and that's why we should have had him allocute, because we all think that there's a chance that there was someone else.

So why in the world the prosecution allowed him to take a plea to the death penalty off the table without having him allocute?

That's insane.

And he could have led you to the murder weapon.
