So, you know, like if you're leaving a wedding and you're stopping at a fast food restaurant to eat, like the caterer did something wrong.

You didn't have enough dinner.

Yeah.

So, so really it's just for us, it's just making sure that they are provided with a good meal to where it's, it'll fill them up and they don't, you know, they could opt out of that to kind of save that cost.

Yeah.

Yeah, so lots of loading and unloading.

There is a lot of extra work kind of behind the scenes that not a lot of people understand.

So I mean, it means early mornings of just coming in and prepping all the food while we have someone that's packing the truck.

I mean, everything that a caterer

needs at an event they have to bring with them.

So, um, you know, venues offer the space and, you know, a lot of them have like really neat, like kitchens and stuff that we could use, but everything that we need day of we bring with us.

So that means loading up the truck.

Then we go to the venue, then you unload into their space.

You get everything set up, you do dinner service, and then you're there for the entire event.

And then you're packing the truck back up, headed back to the kitchen, unloading again, and then washing the dishes and just getting everything ready, you know, to go for the next day's events.

Yeah, it does.

So yeah, so I mean, it could definitely make for for long days.

But that's actually one of the things, believe it or not, that made me fall in love with the job.

So there's been several days where, I mean, I used to work 12, 14 hour days and I can never imagine working a double anywhere without staring at the clock, right?
