So when you get to the contract phase where we're going to send you over a contract, that's going to include everything.

that's going to include all your staffing the plates the forks like all of those details needed to make that entire event go you're never going to get slapped with a hidden fee um you know and and honestly like that just leaves a sour taste in my mouth right like everything should be up front uh best advice that i can give to the clients is you know do your research

like check reviews and stuff online like reviews typically speak for themselves because unfortunately we live in a tech savvy world right where everybody is so prone to jump online and to put a negative review um you know and they're a little bit more hesitant to just be like wow they really excelled and you know then they put a nice review on it so

So pay attention to reviews, right?

I mean, we're a five-star catering company that came with a lot of work and a lot of, you know, paying attention to all of those details, but it also came with honesty, right?

Of not adding those extra fees.

Like bride and grooms have a set amount when they come to us.

They have a number in mind that they could budget on catering and it's just, it wouldn't be fair to go to them and then all of a sudden give them an extra $2,000 fee that they never saw coming.

So we kind of watch the trends, right?

I mean, sometimes it's really hard to kind of predict how the food amounts are going to change.

Like brisket, for instance, brisket just went way up and we kind of never expected for that to go up.

Again, when we're pricing out for 2027, 2028, we're kind of already factoring in inflation and prices going up.

Same thing with like staffing, you know, the longer you have staff members, the more experienced they are, like the higher you have to pay them, stuff like that.

So we're kind of already predicting that into those contracts.

So that way there are not those, you know,

unsettling surprises of like, hey, I didn't realize that this food was going to go up to this.

Yep.

No, so I mean, we do have a clause in our contract that we can change the pricing up until six months before.
