They're not paying for those extra plates and forks and all of those things.
So that's really hard to answer, right?
Because the trends, they vary, right?
So probably 80% of all of our events were buffets before COVID hit.
After COVID hit, now we're starting to see a lot of people want to do family style, which is kind of a happy medium between both buffet and plated, right?
So like people are still sitting down, like they don't have to get up, they don't have to go to the buffet for their food, which some clients enjoy that about it, but then it's not quite as formal as a plated dinner.
But right now I'm probably seeing it switch to where if I had to guess, I'd probably say like a 70% ratio are probably picking plated over buffet.
That is a big switch.

So, and it just, we're also saw that like numbers are going down a little bit, right?
Like people after COVID found out that they can, you know, still put on a really nice dinner for everybody, but that they're actually inviting the people that they, not that they want there.
It's just, you know, maybe not all mom and dad's friends that you've never actually met, you know, that is true.
That is a trend now.
Yeah.
And they're limiting it to, to people that they want to spend the evening with, which brings those numbers down.
But then that also,
means that they could put a little bit more into it where they could have more of the elegant dinner, you know, style as far as plated and stuff goes.
That's something that we don't do, right?
Like all of our, we're very upfront with all of our fees and everything.
