Sometimes they'll bring, you know, their brother or sister to somebody that they want to be able to enjoy that experience with them.

So currently right now we charge $75 for the tasting, but then once they book with us, they get a $50 credit.

Oh, nice.

So, you know, even though like we're still taking our entire time, like we know that, you know, every penny matters to the client and stuff.

So it's once you book with us, you get that $50 credit that $25 goes towards food costs and everything that we can't really get back from that.

That's understandable.

So, yeah.

Yeah.

And I mean, it's time consuming, you know, so like tastings are, you know, pretty tough sometimes because it does take up a lot of our time.

We've had so many people say, well, other people do like these group tastings where you could, you know, do a tasting for 200 people all at once.

and yes we can do that yes we can do what everyone else is doing but that's that's not kangaroo kitchen like you hire king or kangaroo kitchen for like that you know unique experience and you know that one-on-one personalization so we try not to focus on what everyone else is doing and we just focus on what works for us what works for our clients with all the positive feedback that we get and clients really enjoy that that time to be able to just sit down and go through their event in detail

and answering all those questions that they might have on food.

And well, how are my guests going to react to the different types of food that you offer?

Because all of our food is unique, but it's recognizable.

So the words might be a little scary, but in the end, it's all recognizable.

If you were to look at it on a buffet, you're not going to be like, I don't want that.

I mean, it's very appetizing.
