So it's just trying to help them get to that point.

Yeah.

So that's that's really big right now, you know, especially, you know, the more that we get involved into like testing.

Right.

So there's a lot of people that do testing.

So we're starting to see like a lot more allergies and stuff pop up.

We always remind our client that we are not like a gluten-free facility.

We're not a peanut-free facility, but we're very accommodating.

Our goal is to make sure that everyone has a nice hot meal, that they're not pulling a salad out of a purse because that's all they feel that they can eat because so many vegetarians have gone to weddings.

and not been able to eat anything because they're not accommodated for it.

So for us, we'll create a special meal based strictly on their diet and make sure that they're comfortable to be able to eat that.

And sometimes that involves making 10 special plates for a wedding.

But for us, that extra little bit of effort, it really

the feedback that we've got from guests at weddings where they're just so used to not being able to eat the food that everybody else is eating, you know, like that just creates that like special moment for them.

And for us, that's, that's everything like moments like that.

So, um, gluten free, we don't put gluten in like the sauces and stuff.

So we're not putting flour in it.

You could use other alternatives like heavy cream or culinary cream, things like that to just kind of eliminate the gluten before it even becomes an issue.
