feel like you're actually making progress because a lot of times we just shoot for the stars with that big unrealistic goal that like everything has to go perfectly in order to reach it because hardly ever does everything go perfectly for you to reach your goal so you need to have a minimum goal that's pretty easy to achieve it'll still make you feel good when you reach it then a mid-level goal so
