Oh, I always love that question and appreciate it a little bit more now given the work that I do.
Um, I will say high level just to add some interesting context.
Uh my father is a CPA.
Uh my birthday is April fifteenth.
And so I always laugh when I
When I say that, just uh and now here I am, fast forward, uh, a therapist that's transitioned into financial services.
So uh it's kind of like the stars, uh, you know, maybe I was always meant to be here.
But to answer your question though, Laura, you know, I think like many families, uh, money was um a topic that sometimes was talked about over.
Uh sometimes it was a reading between the lines.
So I grew up uh middle class, uh North Carolina and um, you know, suburbia town USA, right?
And and so, you know, from a just outward appearance, you know, everything was very stable.
Um
everything always felt very secure.
Uh there was, you know
Privilege in in the sense of not having to worry uh about basic needs being met.
Um, but there were a lot of, you know, uh there were a lot of small conversations that sometimes showed up around work, like my dad's job, making, you know, trying to get promotions or making enough or comments around, you know, not taking off
because I have to work.
Uh you know, those kind of things that don't overtly sound like you're talking about money, but you know, really we we are.
You know, and so I would say by and large, like
