Um, thankfully, you know, I didn't have to ask for financial help.
But yeah, there was this understanding, I think, internally that I kind of wanted to.

Like,
felt important like to be able to be on my own and you know, there's a sense of pride, I guess, and being able to take care of yourself financially as well.
And so yeah, I think that that message was um translated somewhere along the way.
Uh, that I would be responsible for that.
Yeah, so I uh you know my undergrad was in psychology, um, psychology and sociology.
And I knew going into college I wanted to study that.
I always had a fascination with
why people like are the way they are.
Um, why do they say the things they do?
Um, why do relationships work the way they do?
Why are some successful?
Why are some not?
Um, so there was a, you know, very much an interest and curiosity around that.
And psychology seemed like the most obvious, like
Way to explore and learn that.
Through my undergraduate coursework, I took a class in that was called Marriage in the Family.
And it introduced some, you know, topics, some models, specifically the work of Dr.
