Also, at the same time, there is information that World Economic Forum published about 170 million new jobs being created.
It's not going to be the same size, shape, form and structure as the jobs that we know today.
But, you know, this is where the anxiety gets translated, George, because it stops at that scary number.
And it never actually gets the opportunity to go to the second number that I mentioned, which is the jobs getting created.
And that is what I'm trying to do with this information and kind of broadcasting this information in forums like yourself and the other platforms that I'm getting.
Of course, there is a lot of questions about whether colleges and universities and our education system generally is catching up with the expectations for tomorrow.
In fact, it's almost a paradox today as we sit in the situation and scenario that is happening today.
If you look at it,
universities do not want you to use AI because AI is almost treated like cheating.
But the moment you go into professional life and you step into the companies, the companies expect you to use AI every single day to write documents, to do the analysis.
So there is this dichotomy that young people are struggling with.
But this is what I tell the parents and the households, that universities are changing.
They are evolving.
aware of this.
There are steps being taken, but they will catch up when they have to.
I think it is important for the households to start making those steps and look at universities, colleges, the subjects that you want to study, the future that you want to hold.
with that very clear lens about what aspects of those careers are changing.
And start preparing now, not when you're ready to go to, you know, apply for a job.
So bring some of those aspects into your career portfolio starting now.
To really put that fair and square, I would say educational institutions are in a scrambling mode right now.
