So net positive, it's not an apocalypse kind of a situation.

The problem really, James and George, is that nobody's putting those two numbers together, right?

So I hear this a lot that creative jobs are finished, right?

Again, absolutely false.

What is actually happening is a split.

And that is what you see in multiple careers as well.

Execution work.

The repetitive stuff, you know, that is shrinking.

But creative direction, anywhere where you need to bring a vision that has not been thought before with a real taste and point of view, that is steady and growing rapidly, again, in this age of AI.

And the third myth that I feel talking to parents, a lot of them are getting it very wrong is, you know, I've been going back to the computer science example.

A computer science degree used to be a very safe degree.

So people assume that the safe choice has just vanished entirely.

Now that is again not true.

It has just moved.

Because universities, as I mentioned, are already restructuring, especially around some of those STEM degrees.

And they are bringing a lot of important programs on the campus.

So the safe choice did not disappear.

It's just relocated.

And I feel that

most families, they have not caught up to what is happening within the education ecosystem.
